How do I cancel my order?Updated a year ago
Sometimes plans change, and that's okay! If you need to cancel your order immediately after placing it, our new order editing tool makes it a breeze. 🌟 Here's how:
- Access the Editing Tool: Visit Edit Your Order within 1 hour of checking out to access the order editing tool.
- Locate Your Order: When prompted, enter your email address and order number. If you can't locate your order number, click "forgot your order number" to move on to the next step.
- Initiate Cancellation: Click on the order you want to edit. Within the order details, look for the option to cancel your order by removing all items - making your total $0.
- Confirmation: You may be asked to confirm the cancellation in the order editing app. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of your order.
- Confirmation Email: Once all items have been removed from your order, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you of the cancellation. You will not be charged for the cancelled order.
If you want to cancel your order after the one hour editing period has ended, please send us an email at [email protected] and let us know. We try to ship orders out quickly, usually on the same day or the next day. This means the window for canceling an order is very tight. If we can cancel your order in time, we'll email you a cancellation confirmation. If your order is already packed and ready to go, you'll get a shipping confirmation email within 12 hours.
